Ok. Every time I see light at the end of the tunnel, I think it's the soft light of the computer, bathing the desk and chair in techno hues of blogdom. So far, every time I have been wrong. Lately, that light is the light of a Waffle House, Best Western, or the next car cresting the horizon at two a.m. I have become a traveling man, and my tech resources are not yet adaptable to road blogging.
Last week I was in Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. This week it's Tennessee and the Carolinas. Next week is Maine. The following week, D.C. The week after that, Miami. On and on it goes, seemingly.
I have taken on a job that has turned into something far greater than I anticipated. In itself, this is more good news than bad. However, I was ill-prepared to commence such an itinerary so quickly. The really good news is that blogging time should come in much greater abundance very soon. The even better news is that financial resources should come in much greater abundance very soon. There exists the potential for additional good news, as my travels probably take me to places where some of you live. Scared yet?
So, if you are in the southeast, I definitely will be in your area often over the next couple of months. If you are elsewhere, I will probably be there, too, eventually. While lunches most likely are out of the question, dinner or drinks are both possible. I would love the chance to meet some of you, so maybe we can make it happen.
